Job summary

LILT AI is seeking a Senior TPM of Applied AI to bridge research and large-scale execution. You will drive benchmark transcreations with research labs, manage frontier AI lab programs, and oversee data pipelines across text, image, video, and audio.

You will implement QC with production and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions. You will shape training data strategies for next-gen LLMs and multimodal models, coordinating with partners while maintaining strict quality

Qualifications

• Education: B.S or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of industry experience; Ph.D. with 5+ years in AI/Engineering is acceptable.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience founding or scaling a venture or operating in an early-stage startup environment.
• Strategic Execution: Strong business acumen and ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships with frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI Expertise: Proven track record of managing data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models; deep understanding of training/inference and data diversity.
• Scale & Quality: Experience with automated validation at scale and high-throughput programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO of your customer's business, proposing and co-developing benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs.
• Architect and oversee pipelines for high-volume data samples across modalities (text, image, video, audio).
• Partner with production to implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks for data integrity across domains and languages.
• Bridge cross-functional teams to support frontier AI market needs.
