Job summary

Automic is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead – AI to coordinate end-to-end AI, data, and agent-enabled initiatives across its product and technology pipeline. You will guide projects from discovery through production, balancing experimentation with delivery discipline and responsible AI practices.

This hybrid role is open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, requiring leadership across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk and business teams to drive secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex technology delivery in agile environments.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, generative AI or data-intensive solutions.
• Strong program and delivery-management capabilities including planning and risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, data and agent-enabled initiatives from discovery to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk and Operations.
• Manage scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Establish success metrics and evidence requirements for AI capabilities from experiment to production.
• Coordinate AI evaluation, security, privacy, responsible AI, and operational-readiness activities.
• Build collaborative teams with delivery discipline and measurable outcomes.
• Support adoption and benefits realization by integrating AI into workflows.
