Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive timely delivery across multiple tracks.
• Strong facilitation of timeboxed Agile ceremonies (Standups, Planning, Retrospectives).
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders to align expectations.
• Ability to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and track risks.
• Champion Definition of Ready and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Jira data lineage and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-track delivery to meet high-quality milestones.
• Identify and mitigate blockers and delivery risks before they impact timelines.
• Facilitate efficient Agile ceremonies and maintain cadence.
• Protect scope and manage changes through formal processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects on DoR criteria.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Lead client workshops and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate status reporting and backlog optimization.
