Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive timely delivery across multiple tracks.
• Strong facilitation of timeboxed Agile ceremonies (Standups, Planning, Retrospectives).
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders to align expectations.
• Ability to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and track risks.
• Champion Definition of Ready and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Jira data lineage and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient Agile ceremonies and maintain cadence.
• Protect scope and manage changes through formal processes.

• Lead client workshops and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate status reporting and backlog optimization.

• Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage timelines, sprints, and milestones across multiple parallel project tracks to guarantee high-quality execution.
• Remove Hurdles & Manage Risks: Proactively track dependencies, dissolve engineering blockers, and highlight delivery risks before they impact the timeline.
• Run Lean Ceremonies: Facilitate crisp, timeboxed Agile events (Standups, Planning, Retrospectives) focused on problem-solving and action items.
• Shield Sprint Boundaries: Protect team focus by routing external client priority changes through formal scope-management and Change Request (CR) processes.
• Enforce Entry Rigor: Partner with Product Owners and Architects to champion the Definition of Ready (DoR), ensuring tasks have clear acceptance criteria before development begins.
• Manage Jira & Data Transparency: Build clean end-to-end lineage from macro milestones to daily tasks, converting Jira metrics into real-time progress dashboards.
• Own Client Interfacing: Serve as the trusted delivery interface for stakeholders, confidently leading workshops, progress reviews, and expectation alignment.
• Leverage AI for Efficiency: Apply modern AI tools to automate routine status reporting, optimize backlogs, and accelerate metrics analysis.
