Appnovation is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead AI-powered delivery teams for a global client in a highly regulated environment. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, translate business requirements into executable work, and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and risk management.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Agile Project, Delivery or Product Management experience in a digital/agency/consulting environment.
- Broad PM capability across scope, budget, resourcing, risk and client comms.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI in software development and its impact on delivery.
- Experience adopting AI tooling within delivery teams and describing outcomes clearly.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Hands-on experience with software development across mobile/web/multi-tech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Run AI-powered delivery teams and set practices to maintain quality and traceability.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups with clear goals.
- Translate business requirements into actionable work for delivery teams and manage backlog intake.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, BAs, designers and clients to shape direction.
- Own end-to-end delivery of service enhancements with timely execution and quality.
- Facilitate communications with external stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders in regulated environments.
