Job summary

Evolution Specialists is seeking an experienced technical SCRUM Master to facilitate Scrum practices, enable team collaboration, and help deliver high-quality software efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years as a Scrum Master, certifications (CSM/PMI-ACP/PSM SAFe Scrum Master), and strong Jira/Confluence skills. You will coordinate multiple cross-functional Agile teams and drive delivery across programs with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM 1 or 2, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience guiding multiple cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Impediment removal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure productive team collaboration.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain velocity.
• Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, Release Managers to align goals and backlog.
• Drive value delivery across delivery teams and initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced technical SCRUM Master to assist with a clients needs in facilitating Scrum practices, ensuring effective team collaboration, and helping teams deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.

Having a strong experience of fast-paced environments and supporting the delivery of complex software development projects across multiple teams will be essential.

Hybrid working (2-3 days in office).

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM 1 or 2, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience with and strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience working with multiple cross-functional Agile teams simultaneously.
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Skilled in impediment removal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Release Managers and delivery teams to ensure clarity of goals, backlog prioritisation, and value delivery.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern delivery practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD).

Health industry expereince would be a bonus.
