Job summary

Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks an SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA) based in Australia. You will optimize and support SAP HCM solutions, focusing on Time Management, Organizational Management and Personnel Administration while engaging with business stakeholders.

This fully remote role offers a 40-hour work week, 24 days of annual leave and opportunities to contribute to integrations and upgrades across HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM TM, OM and PA modules.
• Solid understanding of Personnel Administration actions, employee master data and org structures in SAP HCM.
• Experience configuring SAP HCM Time Management: work schedules, absence/attendance, quota processing.
• Familiarity with payroll-related processes and SAP Payroll integration is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, ongoing operations, enhancements or upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
• Ability to prepare functional specs, configuration documents and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support SAP HCM TM/OM/PA modules.
• Analyze business processes and stakeholder needs to design SAP HCM solutions.
• Maintain employee master data, org structures and HR processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Configure and optimize Time Management functionalities and quotas.
• Support payroll-related integrations with PA/TM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
• Test systems, troubleshoot issues and implement resolutions.
• Prepare functional specs and documentation for projects.
• Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Contribute to SAP HCM implementation, support and upgrade projects.
