About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to guide the design and delivery of a major Salesforce transformation. Working with Seers’ delivery team and agency stakeholders, you will shape secure, scalable solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations and AI capabilities.

What you’ll do

• Lead architecture discovery and develop high-level and detailed solution designs.
• Define application architecture, data models, security, access controls and non-functional requirements.
• Design integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications and on-premises systems, working with MuleSoft and .NET developers.
• Design Experience Cloud portals and external user authentication.
• Shape Agentforce and Salesforce Knowledge solutions, including content governance and auditable AI responses.
• Present designs to architecture review forums and document key decisions, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers and developers to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Guide build quality, release readiness, production deployment and transition from legacy systems.
• Champion configuration-first solutions that minimise unnecessary customisation and technical debt.

What you’ll bring

• At least five years of relevant Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or equivalent certifications.
• Strong delivery experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in complex organisations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, data modelling and large data volumes.
• Experience designing integrations using MuleSoft or a comparable platform.
• Knowledge of external identity and single sign-on, including Azure AD B2C, OAuth or SAML.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams.

Highly regarded

Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce Knowledge, Field Service, TechnologyOne integrations, Salesforce DevOps or Australian Government security frameworks.
