Job summary

Beyond Pier, an Australian fintech, is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer to own the technical side of our Salesforce-native platform for financial planners and licensees. You’ll transform designs into robust Apex, Flow, and LWC solutions and shape data models for clients, assets and fees.

You’ll design, implement, test and deploy features, while mentoring peers and aligning with regulatory obligations such as Best Interests Duty and fee disclosures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex skills with governor limits, security (sharing, CRUD/FLS, USER_MODE) and testing.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Experience designing data models for complex business processes.
• Familiar with source control and deployment tooling (SFDX).

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions across Apex, Flow and Lightning Web Components.
• Write clean, bulkified Apex, including triggers, async processing and test classes.
• Build and maintain screen flows, record-triggered flows and Flow Orchestration to drive the advice workflow.
• Develop LWC components to a consistent design system (SLDS 2).
• Design data models for clients, entities (SMSFs, trusts, companies), assets, risk profiles, strategies and fees.
• Build features that support regulatory obligations such as Best Interests Duty, fee disclosure and ongoing fee renewals.
• Review code, guide other developers and help shape our development standards.
• Work closely with product and business analysts to turn advice processes into working features.
• Help plan releases and manage deployments across multiple client orgs.
