Job summary

Medtronic in Australia is seeking a Remote Sales Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Macquarie Park, NSW. You will drive sales growth through proactive engagement, lead generation, and opportunity development, working with animal health accounts remotely to expand business.

The role requires prior outbound sales experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while meeting activity targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or commercial experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience conducting outbound phone-based sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation
• Experience managing customer interactions and developing sales opportunities via virtual or telephone engagement
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to achieve or exceed sales objectives
• Identify and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and customer engagement
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and lead generation
• Promote and educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions via virtual interactions
• Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate activities and support territory plans
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Coordinate product demonstrations and connect customers with field sales when needed
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a high standard of service
