Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or commercial experience with a high-school diploma, or 4+ years with an associate's, or 2+ years with a bachelor's.
• Experience with outbound phone-based sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience managing customer interactions and developing opportunities via virtual or telephone engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
• Promote and educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions through virtual interactions.
• Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate customer activities, develop opportunities, and support territory plans.
• Analyse customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions that support business growth.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate connections between customers and field sales representatives where appropriate.
• Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
