Job summary

WildJar Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Sales & Customer Success hybrid professional for our fast-growing SaaS with AI capabilities. You will bridge sales, customer success and AI implementation to help customers set up and realize value from WildJar’s AI Agent Suite.

You’ll qualify inbound leads, run outbound campaigns, onboard new clients, configure AI Agents and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive adoption across global customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, AI, sales or customer success roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship building.
• Curious, tech‑savvy and eager to learn new AI tools.
• Comfort with outbound calls when needed.
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads via HubSpot.
• Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SMS, cold calls).
• Onboard new clients: setup, training and feature activation.
• Configure AI Agents for client business.
• Show value of WildJar's AI powered call tracking.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing; share client feedback.
