Job summary

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised Relocation Coordinator to join our Clayton South team for a busy season. This is a full-time, 3.5-month fixed-term contract, working four days from home and just one day each week from our Clayton South office.

You will coordinate each client’s relocation, keep them informed, and liaise with suppliers to ensure a smooth, positive experience. Prior relocation or travel experience helps but is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, travel or client coordination.
• Clear, warm and professional communication skills.
• Ability to enter data accurately and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and reassuring point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate relocation requirements and keep clients updated.
• Liaise with suppliers to support a smooth and positive experience.
• Respond to enquiries, changes and issues with a solutions-focused approach.
• Accurately enter and maintain client information in our technology platform.
• Manage competing priorities during our busy relocation season.
• Follow each relocation through and ensure important details are not missed.
