Job summary

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organized Relocation Coordinator for a 3.5-month fixed-term contract. The role involves four days from home and one day weekly at a Kent Branch in Australia. You’ll coordinate relocations, communicate with clients and suppliers, and help provide a calm, organized client experience.

No relocations industry experience is required; strong customer service and data-entry skills are valued. Structured induction and a two-week training program are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, travel, bookings or client coordination.
• Clear, warm and professional communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to organise workload and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a friendly and reassuring point of contact for clients
• Coordinating relocation requirements and keeping clients updated
• Liaising with suppliers to support a smooth and positive experience
• Responding to enquiries, changes and issues with a solutions-focused approach
• Accurately entering and maintaining client information in our technology platform
• Managing competing priorities during our busy relocation season
• Following each relocation through and ensuring important details are not missed
