Job summary

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised Relocation Coordinator for a 3.5‑month fixed-term contract. The role blends four days of work from home with one day per week at our Clayton South office, supporting clients through the relocation journey.

You don’t need removals industry experience; customer service, administration, travel or coordination experience are welcome. Training is provided and you’ll interact with clients and suppliers to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, travel or bookings and coordinating clients.
• Clear, warm and professional communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to organise your workload and manage changing priorities.
• A calm, logical approach when resolving questions or problems.
• Confidence learning new systems and working independently from home.
• A genuine desire to provide a great customer experience.

Relocation Coordinator | 3.5-Month Contract | Work From Home 4 Days

Looking for a short-term opportunity that offers genuine flexibility, comprehensive training and meaningful customer interaction?

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised and solutions-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our Clayton South team for our busy season.

This is a full-time, 3.5-month fixed-term contract, working four days from home and just one day each week from our Clayton South office.

You don’t need to come from the removals industry. If you have experience in customer service, administration, travel, bookings or client coordination-and enjoy keeping people informed and organised-we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Moving can be a stressful experience. You will help make it easier by coordinating each client’s relocation and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

What will help you succeed

We are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment.

Previous relocation or travel-industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.
