Job summary

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised Relocation Coordinator for a 3.5-month fixed-term contract. The role combines four days of remote work with one day per week in our Clayton South office, delivering high-quality customer interactions during a busy relocation season.

You don’t need relocation experience; customer service, administration or coordination backgrounds are welcomed, with comprehensive training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, travel or bookings is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple relocation tasks and keep clients informed.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and suppliers by phone.
• Attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a friendly, reassuring point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate relocation requirements and keep clients updated.
• Liaise with suppliers to support a smooth experience.
• Respond to enquiries and changes with a solutions-focused approach.

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised and solutions-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our Clayton South team for our busy season.

This is a full-time, 3.5-month fixed-term contract, working four days from home and just one day each week from our Clayton South office.

You don’t need to come from the removals industry. If you have experience in customer service, administration, travel, bookings or client coordination-and enjoy keeping people informed and organised-we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Moving can be a stressful experience. You will help make it easier by coordinating each client’s relocation and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Acting as a friendly and reassuring point of contact for clients
• Coordinating relocation requirements and keeping clients updated
• Liaising with suppliers to support a smooth and positive experience
• Responding to enquiries, changes and issues with a solutions-focused approach
• Accurately entering and maintaining client information in our technology platform
• Managing competing priorities during our busy relocation season
• Following each relocation through and ensuring important details are not missed

What will help you succeed

We are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment.

• Customer service, administration, coordination, travel or booking experience
• Clear, warm and professional communication skills
• Confidence speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• The ability to organise your workload and manage changing priorities
• A calm, logical approach when resolving questions or problems
• Confidence learning new systems and working independently from home
• A genuine desire to provide a great customer experience

Previous relocation or travel-industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.
