Job summary

Transform Life Pty in Launceston is seeking a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our established team. You will work across disability, psychosocial and complex behavioural presentations, with opportunities for work from home and client visits in the local community.

We value balance and growth, offering supervision and development within a supportive Tasmanian team. AHPRA/AASW membership is highly regarded but not essential.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ experience as a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Experience across disability, mental health, education, corrections or related settings.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; AHPRA or AASW membership highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Support participants across disability, psychosocial and complex behavioural presentations.
• Coach families, carers and support teams to implement strategies.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and participant networks.
• Monitor outcomes and adapt strategies to improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices.
