Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Rust.
• Experience with testing complex trading workflows, risk controls, and high-concurrency systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full software development lifecycle for margin trading products and risk systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and operations to improve testing strategy.
• Set up and manage testing environments and create detailed test plans and cases.
• Perform black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance testing across web, mobile, backend, and distributed systems.
• continuously improve automation frameworks and testing efficiency.
