Qualifications

7+ years of Java development and 5+ years with Spring Boot.
Experience building AI agents and skills within Java microservices.
Proficient with MCP for AI model interactions and context exchange.
Strong knowledge of NLP, CV, and data-driven decision making for agent development.
Familiar with Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and major databases.

Responsibilities

Design and develop microservices architecture with Spring Boot for high availability.
Implement service discovery, config management, and load balancing with Spring Cloud.
Analyze and process data using big data technologies.
Optimize data storage with ES/HBase/Starrocks and ensure efficient access.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver aligned data solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve backend services; participate in full lifecycle.
