Job summary

Binance is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong Rust and Java skills to join our Futures team. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams throughout the software lifecycle, set up testing environments, and advance testing strategies in a fast-paced, global environment with remote work options.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of QA automation experience in a tech software environment.
• Strong Rust and Java programming skills with automation framework experience.
• Experience with mobile testing techniques and cross‑platform testing.
• English and Mandarin bilingual communication with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Futures team’s SDLC with Rust/Java systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations on testing strategies and implementation.
• Set up and manage Rust/Java testing environments, creating detailed test plans and cases.
• Perform black-box, white-box, security, automated, and performance testing across platforms.
• Stay current with Rust/Java technologies and continuously improve testing processes.
