Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or claims management is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of property recovery claims from initiation to resolution.
• Issue tailored written demands to third parties, clearly outlining liability based on the facts.
• Conduct outbound calls to third parties and insurers to pursue recoveries.
• Review technical reports to assess liability.
• Confirm quantum by matching quotes to invoices and verifying documentation of damage.
• Use internal and external tools to locate contact and insurance details.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes regarding liability and quantum.
