Qualifications

Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to run effective one-on-one conversations and convert prospects.
Experience using CRM systems to maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities

Lead one-on-one virtual appointments with qualified prospects.
Present solutions, handle objections and convert prospects to registered clients.
Follow up with prospects, maximise attendance and book next steps.
Track conversion targets and report on performance with leadership support.
Collaborate with Brokers and Wealth Planners to move opportunities forward.
Maintain accurate HubSpot records and ensure a professional client experience.
