AllianceCorp seeks a Property Investment Specialist to turn qualified prospects into registered clients via one-on-one virtual appointments, uncovering goals and guiding them to the end-to-end property investment solution.

You will own targets, follow up with prospects, and work with experienced leaders to sharpen your skills while delivering a professional client experience. Remote-friendly with Melbourne-office events.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or consultative selling experience.
• Ability to ask great questions, handle objections and close conversations.
• Strong drive to hit targets and earn uncapped commissions.
• Coachable mindset with willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Willingness to work evenings and alternating Saturday mornings.
• Full working rights in Australia; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one virtual appointments with qualified prospects.
• Uncover goals and connect clients with our end-to-end solution.
• Present, handle objections and convert prospects to clients.
• Maintain pipeline, maximise attendance and book next appointments with Brokers and Planners.
• Track conversion targets and stay accountable for results.
• Work with leaders to sharpen skills and improve approach.
• Keep CRM records accurate and deliver a professional client experience.
