Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering software implementations in mid-sized organisations.
• Experience integrating HRIS, Finance, and Payroll systems.
• Experience in Aged Care/NDIS environments is valued.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large-scale implementations.
• Provide governance reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
• Translate complex system architecture into sequenced, actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for value activation.
