Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking Remote Process Improvement Engineer to analyze and enhance manufacturing operations from a remote location. You will identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement strategies to optimize production processes across geographically diverse teams.

Using data analytics, lean principles, and Six Sigma, you will lead remote projects, map workflows, and document new processes to boost productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Excellent remote communication and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies based on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of changes.
• Design and document new processes, procedures, and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance.
• Lead and manage remote projects focused on process optimization and cost reduction.
