Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience, preferably automotive.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (8D, FMEA).
- Experience with inspection techniques and MSA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality plans for automotive components and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Monitor quality data from production, testing, and field performance.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing to meet requirements.
- Perform internal and supplier audits for quality standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and control plans.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects.
