Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a Data Analyst on a 3-month contract to own go-to-market analytics, turning checkout, membership, and product data into actionable insight for the CSMs and Sales team.

You’ll partner with commercial teams, use SQL and BI tools to reveal pricing opportunities, and help inform deals and pilots. Remote-friendly, with Australia-wide hours.

Your work accelerates the wider data team's goals by freeing up time for product analytics and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Data Analyst with track record of turning business questions into clear, actionable insight.
• Highly proficient in SQL and BigQuery; able to create dashboards using Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience setting up tracking and reporting in Google Analytics; knowledge of SaaS pricing and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Build the data behind CSM-led QBRs, including customer performance and product trends.
• Handle ad-hoc customer-performance requests with clear, decision-ready answers.
• Partner with Sales on deals and pilots, delivering analyses that demonstrate impact.
• Analyze pricing and packaging across subscriptions and add-ons to inform commercial decisions.
