Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a Data Analyst on a 3-month contract to own go-to-market analytics. You will partner with Customer Success and Sales to turn checkout, membership, and product data into actionable insights that win deals and accelerate growth.

You’ll build dashboards in Looker/Power BI, track pricing and packaging, and translate business questions into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders, all while operating fully remote from Australia.

Qualifications

Proven experience turning business questions into actionable insights.
Strong SQL proficiency and ability to build data models.
Experience building dashboards in BI tools and sharing findings with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build the data behind CSM-led QBRs, including customer performance, checkout conversion, membership, and product-type trends.
Field ad hoc customer-performance requests and provide clear, decision-ready answers.
Partner with Sales on deals and pilots, delivering before-and-after analyses that show impact.
Analyse online checkout performance to surface opportunities and strengthen the business case.
Analyse pricing and packaging across subscriptions, add-ons, and excess usage to inform commercial decisions.
Share findings and progress through the team’s regular channels and weekly syncs.
