Qualifications

• Substantial experience supporting U.S. civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active civil litigation matters from intake through trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition materials, trial documents, timelines, and case summaries.
• Manage discovery including document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
• Track deadlines and key milestones; ensure filings are submitted correctly.
• Maintain accurate digital case files and conduct legal research as needed.
• Utilize case management and document management systems for workflow efficiency.
