W3Global is seeking a full-time Paralegal experienced in NSW Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation claims. You will prepare matters, draft documents and file in portals, supporting a fast-paced legal team.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both autonomously and with the team. Prior experience with NSW MVA matters is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in NSW MVA matters.
• Experience in WID and Public Liability is beneficial but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare matters associated with NSW Motor Vehicle Accident Claims.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Prepare, file and manage documents including Letters of Instructions, Letters of Offer, Statements of Claim, Schedules and Settlement Conferences.
• File matters in the PIC Portal and Online courts.
• Book medical appointments and arrange conferences.
• Liaise with Solicitors, Barristers and Counsel.

The position:

Seeking a full time Paralegal experienced in NSW Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation claims.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing matters associated with NSW Motor Vehicle Accident Claims.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Preparing documents including but not limited to Letters of instructions, Letters of Offer, Statements of Claim, Schedules and Settlement Conferences.
• Filing matters in the PIC Portal and Online courts.
• Booking medical appointments and arranging conferences.
• Liaising with external parties including Solicitors, Barristers and Counsel.

We are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in NSW MVA matters. Experience in WID and Public Liability is highly beneficial but secondary. Salary is dependent on experience.
• Professional, respectful and able to work within a high performing team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent grammar, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan ahead and work towards deadlines.
• Able to work both autonomously and within a team.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience in using Microsoft products including as Word, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and MS Teams.
• Experience in using the Affinity practice management system would be beneficial but not critical.
