Greenfield Technical Services seeks an Organisational Development Manager to lead employee lifecycle initiatives, driving recruitment, development, engagement and retention across the business.

The role is fixed-term for 12 months, part-time (two days per week), with options to work from home within WA or from the Geraldton office, reporting to the Principal as part of the leadership team.

Competenze

• A tertiary level qualification in organisational psychology, human resources, organisational development, commerce or similar.
• Experience in organisational development, employee development or HR roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly organised with proven time management to deliver multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Experience using tools for internal/external communications (e.g., LinkedIn).

Mansioni

• Lead and drive organisational development initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job descriptions, shortlisting and onboarding.
• Develop onboarding plans and manage probation and performance processes.
• Drive employee engagement, retention strategies and salary review activities.
• Develop internal/external communications and promote services and opportunities.
• Facilitate team meetings virtually and in-person; support change management.
