Clean Slate Clinic, a telehealth health service, is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to manage intake from initial contact through enrolment. You’ll guide clients through eligibility, payment options and scheduling, working with clinical staff to ensure a smooth start to care.

This remote, Australia-wide role requires strong communication, empathy and data accuracy. You’ll coordinate with the client support and clinical teams, delivering a warm, factual hand-off to clinicians and peers as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear phone and written communication with clients.
• Tid y record-keeping and accurate data entry.
• Ability to guide someone from first enquiry through enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Call clients to explain the program and guide enrolment.
• Respond to calls, emails and SMS with warmth and zero judgement.
• Set up telehealth appointments and escalate clinical input when needed.
