We currently support more than 1,100 participants across Australia and operate a fully remote model designed for experienced practitioners.

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working within the disability sector. Experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Local Area Coordination, NDIS Planning, Social Work, Disability Case Management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
