Qualifications

• Qualification: Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check completed.
• Working With Children Check completed.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant disability-sector role.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and ability to navigate complex participant situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support for participants across Australia, including remote delivery.
• Operate within Wellspace's remote model with governance and systems.
• Deliver quality outcomes with attention to documentation and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain professional practice.

Experienced NDIS Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach – Remote (Australia-wide)

Due to continued participant demand and growth, Wellspace Australia is seeking experienced Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches across Australia.

Wellspace Australia is a national registered NDIS provider specialising exclusively in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. We currently support more than 1,100 participants across Australia and operate a fully remote model designed for experienced practitioners.

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working within the disability sector. Experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Local Area Coordination, NDIS Planning, Social Work, Disability Case Management, or a similar role is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Local Area Coordination, NDIS Planning, Social Work, Disability Case Management, or a similar role within the disability sector
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and ability to navigate complex participant situations
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively
• High standards of documentation, compliance and professional practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Reliable, organised and confident in your role

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification (Certificate IV or above in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or similar)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
