You will nurture warm contacts, attend appointments (virtually or in person) and guide clients to settlement while growing your skills and rewards year on year. A strong commission structure awaits.

Qualifications

• Current certificate of Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain one).
• Own a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
• High ethical standards and genuine care for clients.
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a team.
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in using technology and mortgage software.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and convert warm database contacts.
• Attend appointments virtually or in person and guide clients to settlement.
• Grow skills and sales by leveraging proven lead-generation tools.
• Work from home while accessing nationwide offices and a premier prospecting team.
• Collaborate with the real estate agency to convert leads into closed deals.
