Infinite Wealth Australia Pty is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in Western Australia. You will manage residential owner occupied and investment loan projects, provide tailored borrowing power analyses, and build lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, has at least two years of experience, and is comfortable with access to in-house leads and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage broker experience.
• Accredited with AFG preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner-occupied and investment loans.
• Provide detailed analysis of clients' Borrowing Power formatted according to the requirements of the referrer.
• Hold client interviews, face to face or via video conferencing, for potential and existing clients.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to suit individual client circumstances.
• Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Liaise with client and third parties as required to get finance applications approved and settled in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and servicing the trail book.
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
