FinKonsel Accounting & Mortgage Brokers in Australia is seeking a highly motivated, fully remote Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. You will self-source leads, manage end-to-end mortgage broking for residential loans first and commercial lending later, and leverage tech and social media to attract borrowers.

Our core client base is Sydney-focused, with average deal sizes around $550k and annual volumes approaching $20m, with FY26 expected to $40m.

• Self-sourcing leads and building a pipeline.
• Tech skills to leverage social media for growth.
• Ambition with uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously source and generate high-quality leads to build a strong pipeline.
• End-to-end mortgage broking: residential now, commercial later.
• Utilise tech skills and social media to attract and convert borrowers.
• Provide highly professional customer service aligned with holistic solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending policies across 30+ lenders.
