Control Risks seeks a Minor Safety Analyst to safeguard vulnerable users by reviewing abuse reports and conducting investigations to identify threats to minors. You will document findings precisely and deliver clear reports for internal teams and clients, while collaborating across functions to follow established protocols.

This role supports open-source and in-platform investigations with a focus on timely, accurate analysis and continuous improvements to investigative workflows.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in trust & safety or related intelligence work.
• Familiarity with OSINT, social media investigations or online risk analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of online behavioural threats and moderation principles.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process abuse and safety incident reports, including those involving minors.
• Conduct OSINT and in-platform investigations into behavioral abuse and threat actors.
• Document findings clearly, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Produce concise summaries, briefings, and investigative reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and vendor teams to ensure efficient processing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of investigative workflows and knowledge resources.
• Participate in training, shadowing, and peer review to build expertise.
