SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a Senior Security Analyst (Threat Detection) to join our Security Operations Center. You will analyze detections, triage incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams to prevent future attacks.

The role requires strong information security and incident response experience, plus SIEM expertise (Elastic/Splunk). Onsite work and extended hours may be required to safeguard missions and assets.

Formación

• 5+ years in information security, networking or systems engineering with a STEM degree; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with OS internals and auditing for Linux, Windows, or macOS.
• Experience with network and host-based collection tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support SpaceX SOC as frontline responder by identifying, triaging and remediating detections.
• Investigate security incidents from initial detection through root cause.
• Collaborate with SpaceX engineers to secure systems against future attacks.
• Enhance detection capabilities for TTPs and attacker lifecycles.
• Improve endpoint and network visibility and response playbooks to protect people, missions and assets.
