Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead enterprise Microsoft security engagements across cloud, hybrid, and identity platforms. You will shape and deliver security solutions, act as a trusted security advisor, and drive maturity in complex client environments.

You will own technical direction, contribute to security reference architectures, and mentor engineers within LAB3’s Security Practice, including pre-sales support and workshops.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong client engagement and advisory capabilities at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft security engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Architect and deploy Microsoft Sentinel environments with data onboarding and SOAR workflows.
• Provide leadership across Defender XDR and Cloud security deployments.
• Design hybrid/cloud identity security architectures including Zero Trust.
• Embed security controls into IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
