Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead enterprise Microsoft security engagements across cloud, hybrid, and identity platforms. You will shape and deliver security architectures, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and uplift security maturity in complex environments.

You will guide workshops, threat modelling, and security roadmaps, while mentoring engineers within LAB3's Security Practice. This role supports pre-sales and security reference architectures in a largely remote/hybrid

Qualifications

• Senior-level security leadership with hands-on engineering when needed.
• Expert knowledge of Azure security services and Defender XDR.
• Experience delivering enterprise security architectures across cloud and identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft security engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Architect Sentinel deployments including data onboarding and SOC automation.
• Provide architectural leadership for Defender XDR across endpoints and cloud apps.
• Design hybrid and cloud identity security using Entra ID and Zero Trust.
• Embed security into IaC/CI-CD pipelines and lead security automation.
