Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Security Practice. You will shape, design, and lead delivery of enterprise Microsoft security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and identity platforms.

You will act as a trusted security advisor to clients, uplifting security maturity and enabling secure transformation. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end engagements, architecting Sentinel and Defender for Cloud deployments, and mentoring engineers within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise Microsoft security solutions.
• Strong client engagement and consulting capability.
• Ability to lead end-to-end security engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft security engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Architect and build Sentinel environments with data onboarding and SOAR.
• Provide architectural leadership across Defender XDR and Cloud deployments.
• Lead hybrid identity security architectures and Zero Trust alignment.
• Embed security into IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to security reference architectures.
