Water Corporation is seeking a coordinated professional to support the Meter Renewals Program across WA. You will work with internal teams, contractors and customers to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues and improve safety and service outcomes.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or related discipline or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating customer-focused services, contractor resources or operational programs.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reporting experience.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate contractor resources, scheduling activities and onboarding processes to support delivery of Meter Renewals Program.
• Manage purchase orders, contractor claims and invoices, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and recruitment partners to support service delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with timely communication and positive outcomes.
• Analyse operational data and prepare regular reporting, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Champion safe work practices through inductions, site inspections and compliance activities.
