Job summary

Heartcheck Australia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to act as the central link between clinic leadership and external digital specialists (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and developers). You will own local Google Business Profiles, CRM-driven campaigns, and direct B2B GP mail programs.

The role is flexible, 15 hours per week, primarily remote with occasional visits to the Chatswood clinic. You will coordinate campaigns across Heartcheck Australia and Employfit brands, supporting multi-location

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing coordination or digital marketing.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles management.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to manage multiple brands.
• Based in Sydney and able to attend Chatswood office when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital agencies and external vendors, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Manage GBP updates, NAP consistency, and local citations across locations.
• Lead B2B GP outreach mailing programs and track responses and referrals.
• Support multi-brand campaigns and perform basic content updates in WordPress and CRM.
