Hustle is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive local campaigns for medical centres. You will produce email and CRM communications for patients and healthcare professionals, including dental campaigns, and coordinate social content from concept to publish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing coordination, exec, or similar role with campaigns and communications.
• Experience juggling requests from multiple teams while maintaining detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is handy, healthcare history preferred but not required.
• Marketing/communications/business qualification plus MS Office; Canva is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Help bring local campaigns to life with medical centre teams.
• Deliver email and CRM communications for patients and professionals, including dental campaigns.
• Coordinate social content from development to publishing.
• Keep signage, collateral and digital screen content up to date.
• Support welcoming new practitioners and run the membership program.
• Track campaign results, patient feedback and Google Reviews, plus supplier coordination and reporting.
