Job summary

Dentsu (Anz) Management Services Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to deliver marketing across its medical centre network in North Sydney. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, coordinating local campaigns, CRM communications, and social content to engage patients and healthcare professionals.

You should bring 3+ years in marketing coordination or similar, with experience in campaigns, content and communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaigns, content and communications.
• Organised, clear writing, ability to juggle requests from different teams and handle admin tasks.
• Experience with Salesforce or any CRM; healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Qualification in marketing, communications or related field; proficient with Microsoft Office; Canva is a bonus.

We’re partnering with a growing healthcare business looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to help deliver marketing across its medical centre network.

If you enjoy variety, have an eye for detail and love getting things out the door, this could be your next move.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll:

• Help bring local campaigns to life, working with medical centre teams on their marketing needs.
• Deliver email and CRM communications for patients and healthcare professionals, including dental campaigns.
• Coordinate social content, from development through to scheduling and publishing.
• Keep signage, collateral and digital screen content accurate and up to date.
• Support communications welcoming new practitioners and help keep the membership program running smoothly.
• Track campaign results, patient feedback and Google Reviews, alongside supplier coordination and marketing reporting.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator, executive or similar role, with practical experience across campaigns, content and communications.
• You’re organised, write clearly and can juggle requests from different teams without losing sight of the details. You’re also happy to roll up your sleeves for the admin that keeps good marketing moving.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform would be handy, as would healthcare or regulated industry experience. Neither is essential.
• A qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related field, plus confidence with Microsoft Office, will set you up well. Canva experience is a bonus.

• Salary: $80–90k, depending on experience.
• Permanent, full‑time role.
• North Sydney: Five days a week in the office.
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
• Full working rights in Australia required.
