Welo Global is seeking an experienced English into Maltese Review Lead to own locale quality and act as the primary linguistic expert for a global technology client. You will align with client standards, guide Post-Editors and Reviewers, and drive consistency across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.

The role requires 3–5+ years in localization QA or quality governance, strong arbitration experience, and native Maltese with professional English.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) or Quality Governance roles.
• Experience as primary client contact for Language Managers.
• Knowledge of RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyse style guides and glossary updates against content types and regions.
• Publish monthly quality digest with performance, priorities, and arbitration outcomes.
• Coach reviewers one-on-one using concrete examples and run shadowing sessions.
• Improve standards by turning patterns into style guide proposals and share with the Quality Manager.
• Maintain alignment with the client by following Language Manager decisions and documenting evidence.
