Compensation is $50–$60/hour, focusing on code development, benchmarking, and tool usage on macOS. Qualifications include MacBook with M-series or Intel, proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, and Go, plus experience with VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, and Git.

Qualifications

• MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series chip and macOS 15 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, Go.
• Experience with macOS developer tools like VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's or 2–3 years relevant experience plus Bachelor's.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real software development tasks on your Mac for AI training data.
• Build, debug, refactor, and review code to support AI model benchmarking and improvement.
• Work independently with clearly defined responsibilities and modest internship/contract expectations.
• Utilize macOS tools such as VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, and Git in daily tasks.
