Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience or are postgraduate design students, own a MacBook with M-series or Intel, and speak clearly about design decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience or current enrollment in postgraduate HCI/design studies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Bachelor's from a prestigious institution or pursuing Master’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series or Intel processor, macOS 15+.

Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real UI/UX design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD to design web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Explain design decisions clearly while working independently to support AI model improvement.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to enhance design outputs.
• Work in a structured environment without the high pressure of internships or full-time roles.
