Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern, enterprise learning platform across Australia. You will work with stakeholders to support learning, reporting, performance management and workforce development in a complex environment.

You will lead LMS implementation, integrations with HR and reporting systems, and ongoing platform enhancements, while ensuring scalable, user-friendly learning experiences and effective data

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS platforms.
• Strong ability to integrate LMS with HR, reporting or workforce systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learner record management, reporting and performance processes.
• Experience working with multi-tenant environments and complex stakeholder groups.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems (HR and reporting).
• Support learner management, course administration, reporting and record management.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and enable data sharing across stakeholders.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide guidance on system optimisation and user adoption.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to key stakeholders.
