Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform. The role focuses on implementing LMS solutions, connecting HR systems, and enabling scalable, AI-enabled learning experiences within a complex environment and cross‑functional stakeholder groups.

You will work with stakeholders to design, deploy, test and transition the platform, ensuring robust reporting, learner management and workforce development

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS.
• Experience integrating LMS with HR/reporting systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learner records, reporting, analytics, and performance processes.
• Experience with multi-tenant environments and data sharing across stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between LMS and enterprise HR/reporting platforms.
• Support learner management, program administration, and reporting.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing across groups.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide guidance on optimisation and platform enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and manage stakeholder engagements.
• Develop implementation plans, documentation and delivery reporting.
